It would seem that someone in that company actually picked up the phone and called the hiring companies to derive a realistic JD so that less time is waste. ![]() But the JD on their website is even more proper. The job descriptions of the companies they work with are down to earth, I came across this with most job descriptions in cali.It would seem their skill requirements from hiring companies JD is properly extracted and loaded into their DB, providing for efficient queries (you separate skills with "," (comma)), to search by multiple skill sets. Their sites' query capabilities for the job search section is the most efficient I've come across ever, more so because you can search skillsets vs positions titles and the resulting query is a proper result (way more preferable for me with skillset vs positions).Here is my analysis on this company from prelim UI/UX: I too came across this company by fluke, they are socal based, but since I have family there, I was interested regardless of remote. We could always do with more help and wisdom, friend! The better the FAQ, the harder we can come down on lazy posters with low-effort OPs, which means a higher quality subreddit experience for you.
